Important Information Regarding the USA Patriot Act

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all credit unions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. 

What This Means to You
You must provide your 

• name
• address
• date of birth
• other information that will allow us to identify you

Both the Membership Application and the Member Identification Program Authorization must be completed, signed and notarized, and returned to RVCU by mail along with a check for your initial deposit of at least $5.00 and a copy of your driver's license. Once your application is processed, you will then be mailed a welcome kit.
